In this beginner cardio workout we will be using the box and 1 glider. If you do not have a glider you can use a piece of paper or a towel (you'll see).
Expect footwork with a surprisingly difficult (yet simple) challenge, bridging, heavy, medium, and light jumping with abdominal work to separate all jumping sequences, and more. Good luck!
*If following franchise guidelines it may not be recommended to bridge with the feet on the jumpboard. You can do this on the mat. Consider incorporating props such as the box or gliders as well for higher level classes.
